Only positive impressions from the company! Flying to Turkey in June 2023.... The child hit his knee. Couldn't walk We thought it was a fracture. We called the insurance company and they told us to choose a hospital and pay for it ourselves. They'd reimburse us. We got a car from the hospital. It was a pretty big bill from the hospital. We paid it ourselves. Sent all the paperwork to the insurance company. They reimbursed us in full while we were still traveling. Thank you so much to the insurance company! AURAS is now our only option

Auras, thank you for your prompt assistance! I used the policy for the first time in my life, as I had a bad fall... while skiing and couldn't walk properly. I immediately contacted the insurance agent, and a short time after I contacted him, a representative of the company from the country of residence contacted me and gave me the address of the hospital where I should go. They took an X-ray and applied a fixation bandage, as no fracture was found. It was the first time I took out a policy with this organization and I was not disappointed.
